The Process

Step 1

We work collaboratively with landlords and letting agents agree on a monthly rental amount.

Step 2

We provide an agreement drafted by our solicitors that sets out all of the terms.

Step 3

We take over the management of the house and fill it with out strictly vetted tenants

Step 4

You receive your guaranteed rent, any internal or non-structural issues will be handled by us,

Step 5

We return the house to you in great condition at the end of the period.
